I use multiple labs and get an error message when I upload my album or order. How can I make sure I upload to the correct lab?

Because KODAK PROSHOTS Studio Software Suite allows you to use multiple labs, you must be careful to upload to the correct lab when you submit your order. Make sure that you select the correct lab in the software's Setup / Web Access section. Each lab has a unique User ID and password. If you try to upload a job to the wrong lab, the software gives you an error message.
