Perform the following steps to correct this situation:
- Select Job > Lab Info
Verify that the lab information is correct in the Setup file. If it is not correct, or if you are unsure, contact your lab.
- Select Order > Lab Order Form
Verify that all information is correct.
Make any necessary corrections.
Close then reopen the PROSHOTS Software.
- Select Setup > Web Access
Verify that the lab information is correct. If it is not correct, or if you are unsure, contact your lab.
- Select Job > Download Proofs
Verify that the Business Agreement has been digitally signed and does not present itself.
- Select Upload Online Album
Make sure the online album includes at least one image from all digitally imported jobs within the merge. This is required! If the extra images are not wanted, they can be excluded on a subsequent album upload.
Note: You may need to select Order > Create Order, then restart the PROSHOTS Software, to have the changes take effect.
