I think my KODAK PROFESSIONAL 1400 Digital Photo Printer needs repair. What should I do?

  1. See the Setup Instructions.

  2. Refer to the User's Guide and the other information on the 1400 Digital Photo Printer Support Information page.

  3. Contact the dealer who sold you the printer.

  4. Contact Kodak by e-mail or telephone. Include the following information in your e-mail message, or have this information ready before you call:
    • The serial number of your printer.
    • A detailed description of the equipment problem.
