Where can I find support or troubleshooting information for the KODAK PROFESSIONAL 1400 Digital Photo Printer?

  3. Refer to the manuals and publications on the 1400 Digital Photo Printer Support Information page.

  4. Contact the dealer who sold you the printer.

  5. Contact Kodak by e-mail or telephone. Include the following information in your e-mail message, or have this information ready before you call:
    • The serial number of your printer.
    • A detailed description of the equipment problem.
