Question:
How can I secure the IEEE 1394 cable from my camera to a tripod?
Answer: Answer last updated:01-18-07
We recommend that you use two Cable Tie Straps (Part No. 4E6848).

Important: Always use two cable tie straps! Attach one cable tie strap close to the camera and the other cable tie strap less than 15 cm (6 in.) from the floor. If only one cable tie strap is attached close to the camera and the IEEE cable is accidentally tripped over or pulled, the entire camera assembly may fall.

Note: The cable tie strap attached close to the floor is not shown.
